Job summary

Kingpin Bondi is opening in November 2026, and we’re seeking a passionate Bar Supervisor to lead shifts and help deliver an unforgettable bar experience. You’ll work closely with the Bar Manager to coach the team, manage stock, and ensure high-energy service that aligns with our premium brand.

You’ll bring hands-on leadership, strong cocktail knowledge, and RSA certification to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and contribute to seamless events at a brand-new venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar supervision or senior bartender role.
• Strong cocktail, beverage and beer knowledge.
• Current RSA certification.
• Hands-on leadership style and hospitality passion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

• Work closely with venue leaders to deliver seamless operations and events.

What We're Looking For

• Previous bar supervisory or senior bartender experience.
