Job summary

Kingpin Bondi is opening in November 2026, and we’re seeking a passionate Bar Supervisor to lead shifts and help deliver an unforgettable bar experience. You’ll work closely with the Bar Manager to coach the team, manage stock, and ensure high-energy service that aligns with our premium brand.

You’ll bring hands-on leadership, strong cocktail knowledge, and RSA certification to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and contribute to seamless events at a brand-new venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar supervision or senior bartender role.
• Strong cocktail, beverage and beer knowledge.
• Current RSA certification.
• Hands-on leadership style and hospitality passion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar team during shifts and manage day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Coach and develop team members to Kingpin standards.
• Assist with stock management, ordering and bar presentation.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and premium service.
• Ensure RSA compliance, licensing, safety and standards.
