Job summary

Hawks Nest Golf Club in NSW is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead bar operations and deliver excellent service to members and guests. You will supervise shifts, support daily operations, handle customer enquiries, and ensure RSA/RCG compliance is met.

The role requires availability across evenings and weekends, with duties including courtesy bus driving and other club tasks as needed. We value a hands-on, team‑oriented leader who can work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar bar, club or hospitality supervisory role would be an advantage.
• Current RSA, RCG and ARCG or willing to obtain.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence leading and supporting a team.
• A positive, reliable and hands-on approach.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during a shift.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Hawks Nest Golf Club is a welcoming and vibrant golf club nestled in the heart of Hawks Nest, NSW. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, community-focused club with a busy bar, regular events, and plenty happening throughout the week. We’re looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team and help lead our bar operations while delivering great service to our members and guests.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role within our bar and beverage operations. As Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff during shifts, supporting day-to-day bar operations, assisting with customer enquiries, maintaining service standards and ensuring all RSA and RCG compliance requirements are met. Courtesy bus driving and general club duties will also form part of the role when required.

You’ll be part of a busy team and will need to be available across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
