Hoppers Crossing Sports Club is seeking experienced Bar & Gaming Supervisors to join our leadership team. These full-time roles are ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading teams across gaming, bar and bistro operations.

We offer a stable full-time role within a supportive leadership team, with ongoing training and development opportunities. RSA/RSG certification in Victoria is preferred or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, gaming or club operations.
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional presence.
• High attention to detail and resilience during peak periods.
• Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
• RSA and RSG (Victoria) - or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervising staff across gaming, bar, bistro and customer service areas
• Leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Overseeing gaming operations in line with Victorian compliance requirements
• Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gaming
• Cash handling, reconciliations and shift close procedures
• Supervising bar, floor and food service
• Maintaining venue presentation and safety standards
• Managing customer enquiries, escalations and patron care
• Ensuring smooth operational flow across all departments

Job description

Reporting to the relevant Shift Operations Manager, you will oversee daily and nightly operations, support staff on shift, and ensure the Club delivers a safe, welcoming and compliant environment for members and guests.

Key responsibilities
