Job summary

Bendigo Bank in Nagambie is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to drive exceptional service at our branch. You’ll assist with everyday banking, educate customers on digital tools, and recommend suitable products to help customers reach their financial goals.

You’ll be the face of the branch, delivering accurate transactions, supporting paperwork, and fostering community connections through collaborative teamwork and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
• Confident to communicate with customers face to face and over the phone.
• Eagerness to understand and communicate Bendigo Bank’s differentiators.
• Drive for collaboration in a team-focused environment.
• Experience in banking and finance is a plus but not essential.
