Job summary

Bendigo Bank in Boonah is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor to drive service delivery, assist customers with transactions and online banking, and recommend products that fit their needs.

You’ll be the branch face, guiding customers through transactions, cash handling and paperwork, while staying mindful of risk and regulatory requirements. Training and development opportunities are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment and ability to hit targets.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
• Confident in communicating with customers face to face and by phone.
