BOQ Group is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Brisbane team. You will be the first point of contact in the branch, delivering outstanding service while helping customers explore their financial needs and using digital banking tools.

You will handle transactions, educate customers on digital solutions, and engage in needs-based conversations to uncover personal banking and lending opportunities. Prior banking experience is welcome but not required.
