BOQ Group is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for our Melbourne CBD contact centre. The role is phone-based, supporting customers across BOQ banking products. It is a 12-month max term contract with training in a supportive, high-energy team and shifts that include 8am–8pm Monday to Friday and 9am–5pm Saturday.
