Queensland Country Bank is seeking a friendly Personal Banking Consultant to support customers at the Riverlink and Booval branches. You will deliver personalised service, assess individual needs, and promote our banking products to help customers achieve their financial goals.

The role is full-time (38 hours per week) with region-wide flexibility to work across branches. Prior banking or finance experience is desirable, and a strong focus on customer service is essential.

Formación

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated sales experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to build rapport and work in a team.
• Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalised service to customers and identify needs, solving problems and promoting products/services.
• Guide customers to successful outcomes and build long-term relationships.
• Support colleagues across Riverlink and Booval branches as required.
