BOQ Group is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact in our branch network. You will deliver outstanding service, handle transactions, and educate customers on digital banking solutions to uncover personal banking and lending opportunities.

We welcome career-minded individuals with strong communication and relationship-building skills, and while prior banking or sales experience is helpful, it is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, especially in banking or financial services, is desirable.
• Ability to identify customer financial needs and present suitable solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for excellent customer interactions.
