BOQ Group is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service, explore customers’ financial needs, and facilitate referrals to specialist teams. The role emphasizes proactive lead management, loan maintenance support, and coaching Customer Service Officers within a collaborative team.

Experience in retail banking and consumer lending is advantageous, with a personalized, can-do approach to every customer interaction and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

Customer service experience in banking or financial services.
Experience in retail banking and consumer lending is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and identify customers' financial needs.
Support customers in exploring current and future financial products and services.
Refer customers to specialist teams when required and maintain proactive lead management.
Develop customer relationships through regular contact and referrals.
Coach frontline staff to enhance service delivery.
