Aufgaben

• Prepare, mix, knead and bake breads, buns, pastries.
• Weigh ingredients and prepare doughs, fillings and icings.
• Check quality, taste, texture and presentation; maintain consistency.
• Handle gluten-free products separately to avoid cross-contact; clean surfaces and label correctly.
• Operate mixers, ovens, proofers and dough sheeters safely.
• Manage ingredients, check expiry dates and order flour, yeast, butter, etc.
• Follow Food Safety Standards and HACCP; keep work area clean.
• Collaborate with kitchen team and communicate shortages during rush hours.
