DOUGH SI DOUGH SOURDOUGH BAKERY in Strathfieldsaye (Strathfieldsaye VIC) seeks a qualified baker with sourdough experience for a night shift. The role may include weekend work and requires manufacturing sourdough, breads, donuts, croissants and pastries. You will mix, rest, proof, mould, fry and bake while following production plans and procedures.

Ideal candidates will have a current drivers license and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced team environment.

Formación

• Sourdough experience preferred and strong bakers’ skill set.
• Experience with mainstream breads and donuts including croissants and pastries.
• Ability to mix, rest, proof, mould, fry and bake baked goods.
• Comfort reading production plans, method sheets and following procedures.

Responsabilidades

DOUGH SI DOUGH SOURDOUGH BAKERY - Strathfieldsaye VIC

Dough si Dough Sourdough Bakery Strathfieldsaye is searching for a qualified baker with sourdough experience preferred. This role is a night time position and may require weekend work. The position requires experience in manufacturing sourdough, mainstream breads, yeast raised donuts, cake donuts, croissants & pastries. The candidate must have sound experience in mixing, resting, proofing, moulding, frying and baking. It is also essential to have and understanding in reading of production plans, method/recipe sheets and following procedures.

The successful candidate ideally will have a current drivers licence, have the ability to work autonomously and also work as part of a fast paced busy team.
