Natural Tucker Bakery in Melbourne's oldest true sourdough bakery invites bakers for night/early morning shifts (12–3 am). Join one of Melbourne's best sourdough teams, where your sourdough knowledge will be tested daily and holidays can be planned.

We offer a supportive, growth‑focused environment with excellent hours and a great team; training is available if you have 2 years sourdough ovens or 3 years in a bakery.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a sourdough operation (Ovens).
• 3 years in a normal Bakery.

Natural Tucker Bakery is Melbourne's Oldest True Sourdough Bakery, Established by John Downes. We produce some of the best & most creative bread, pastries & pies in Melbourne today, in a relaxed environment.

About the role

Are you a NIGHT or an EARLY MORNING person? (12- 3 am) Then this role is for you; you will not be “surprised” by unexpected increases or let down by people not showing up! Call me to discuss “yes, discuss” your preferred hours!

Do you have the love for MAKING REAL BREAD OR BAKING REAL BREAD? Then come talk to us.

Let's talk about holidays... yes, holidays; remember those things!? You will be able to plan your holidays.

You will be joining one of Melbourne's best sourdough team of Bakers.

Your sourdough knowledge will be tested daily in one of Melbourne's very few "Real Sourdough" Bakeries still running. Come & express your love of Sourdough!
