Job summary

Rustica Sourdough Bakery Cafe in Footscray, VIC is seeking 2 Bakers to join our manufactory with state-of-the-art automated equipment. You will be responsible for excellent hand moulding and producing doughs from scratch in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, strong time management, and the ability to work across a 7-day schedule with morning and afternoon shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, vibrant team in a renowned bakery.
