Job summary

Retailors, partnering with Samsung, is seeking a Casual Retail Assistant for the Samsung Parramatta Store in Sydney. You will deliver the Ultimate Retail Experience, assist customers with informed choices, and keep the store visually appealing.

A friendly, energetic team environment awaits, with product training and opportunities to grow within the Samsung/Nike/Mattel retail network. Residency Note: Australia/New Zealand citizens or valid work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Residency/work rights in Australia: Australian or NZ citizen or valid visa required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are desirable.

• Provide exceptional customer service and deliver the Ultimate Retail Experience.
• Stay updated on Samsung products and tech trends to assist customer purchases.
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
• Process sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Arrange after-sales care appointments when needed.
