Job summary

Unawos Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an organized Sales Support & B2B Administration Officer to act as the primary internal liaison between major corporate clients, procurement managers, and warehouse/production teams in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

The role focuses on retaining accounts, ensuring SLA compliance, and seamless order fulfilment, with opportunities to support Business Development Managers and contribute to tender and presentation materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B Sales Support, Account Coordination, or Wholesale Admin role.
• Strong communication skills for a business-to-business environment.
• Attention to detail with bulk orders and product customisations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated internal point of contact for B2B client procurement managers and purchasing officers.
• Process large-scale, multi-line bulk orders accurately, tracking stock availability and delivery timelines.
• Generate and manage commercial quotes and customised B2B price lists.
• Coordinate custom branding requirements (logo embroidery, DTF printing) for corporate uniform allocations and manage client approval processes.
• Monitor backorders and proactively communicate supply timelines or alternative product choices to key business accounts.
• Support on-the-road Business Development Managers by preparing client presentation materials, tenders, and sample packs.
