The Local Guys Services in Adelaide is seeking a confident Business Development Executive to join our Support Centre. This full-time role focuses on outbound calls, building relationships with Australian businesses and onboarding new clients into our services.

You will identify opportunities across Australia and New Zealand, support tender submissions and coordinate with internal teams to deliver responsive proposals.

Formación

• Experience in sales, business development or account support.
• Confident making outbound calls and starting conversations with new businesses.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to follow up consistently.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic business software.
• Professional phone manner and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Contact larger organisations across Australia to introduce services.
• Identify opportunities for Electrical Test & Tag, Pest Control, Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and key contacts.
• Follow up leads and opportunities in a professional and timely way.
• Help grow the client base across Australia and New Zealand.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in the CRM.
• Assist with tender submissions and proposals when required.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handover of new clients.
