VERVE Fitness Pty Ltd. in Upper Coomera is seeking a Business Development Manager to own new business targets, build a self-generated pipeline, and close deals by phone. You’ll manage leads in HubSpot, work on-site, and drive growth through outbound prospecting across gyms, studios, schools, and corporate sectors.

You will report to the Head of Sales, earn $160K+ OTE with uncapped upside, and join a fast-growing team delivering gym equipment and soon US expansion.

Competenze

• 2+ years in B2B sales with a documented record of meeting or beating targets.
• New business experience: you’ve found your own leads and closed them.
• You cold call every day and stay motivated to hit numbers.
• Clear writer and speaker who nurtures customers after the sale.
• Confident with a CRM, MS Office and AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
• Able to work on site at Upper Coomera.

• Prospect by phone to identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline.
• Own a new business target and the sales process from lead to close.
• Manage leads in HubSpot and move deals through the funnel.
• Close deals and nurture customers after sale to sustain revenue.
