Job summary

Vervio in Sydney is seeking a Sales Executive/BDM to build and own the sales pipeline across our services business and a retail AI product. You’ll generate qualified opportunities with senior decision-makers, focusing on enterprise and mid-market accounts in Retail and AI services.

This role rewards proactive prospecting and a knack for spotting openings, with comfort in outbound calls. Hybrid work in Sydney with an uncapped commission and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an SDR/BDM or lead gen role selling B2B tech, CMS, SaaS, AI, or e‑commerce
• Experience engaging senior executives and C‑level stakeholders
• Willingness to cold call and own your pipeline without heavy micromanagement

Responsibilities

• Research and build target account lists across enterprise, government, and retail
• Support marketing with multi‑channel outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn)
• Find openings and angles into accounts that aren’t obvious from a list
• Engage decision‑makers: CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, product and retail leads
• Generate and run qualified meetings, maintain pipeline records in HubSpot
• Feed market insight back to sharpen targeting and messaging
