Job summary

Total Tools Bendigo is seeking a full-time Business Development Support with a passion for tools and trades to leverage your sales experience in a growing, diverse business. You will build relationships with trade customers, develop sales plans, and help achieve KPIs while delivering outstanding service.

In this role you will manage a diverse client base, identify new opportunities from sales data, and contribute to growth through effective prospecting and occasional cold calling.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in a target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain B2B relationships with trade customers.
• Experience in the trade and industrial sector is advantageous.
• Organised with excellent time management and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Building solid working relationships and developing rapport with key stakeholders/accounts
• Liaising with, and finding solutions for current and potential clients
• Developing and implementing sales plans and initiatives
• Effectively managing your diverse customer base
• Analysing sales and customer data to identify new opportunities
• Attracting new customers in addition to growing existing business- you will be comfortable cold calling as required
• Achieving sales, margin, and product mix targets
• Some direct business development responsiblities as a developmental opportunity
