Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Commercial Accounts Support Manager.
• Manage daily commercial enquiries and tasks according to urgency and priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers and provide high-quality ongoing service.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes to convert opportunities into profitable sales.
• Communicate promptly with commercial customers, suppliers and team members.
• Quote and source for commercial customer requirements.
• Follow administrative processes and generate reports; manage follow-ups.
• Involvement in picking, packing and delivery processes.
