Job summary

Total Tools Gregory Hills is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant with a passion for tools and trades. You will contribute to a growing, diverse business by delivering excellent customer service and sales support on the shop floor.

You'll engage with customers, maintain displays, process orders, and work with a friendly team to hit store targets. Prior retail or trade experience, knowledge of tools, and solid computer literacy are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail and/or trade experience is preferred.
• Have a passion for tools and trades.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a strong teammate.
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable with technology; computer literacy is a must.
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, some public holidays on a standard roster.
• 10 Day fortnight roster – Sunday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Saturday.

This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships.

What will you be doing?

• Processing sales transactions

• Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
• Driving sales and actively working toward store targets

• Maintaining strong merchandising and stock presentation
• Ensuring every customer leaves confident they’ve got the right solution
