Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing or sales retention.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to qualify leads and generate interest over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience implementing churn reduction strategies to save accounts.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for BDMs to close deals.
• Lead generation through outbound calls and research.
• Develop and execute retention strategies to drive loyalty.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
