Job summary

Maptek Pty Ltd in Perth is seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop content for web, email, blogs and social media, focused on promoting our award-winning technology to the global mining industry.

You will work with the Head of Customer Experience to ensure sales readiness for regional and global staff, translating technical features into customer-friendly benefits and coordinating campaigns across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in journalism, marketing, business or science.
• High level of competency in MS Office and a working knowledge of Adobe CS.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot and Social Media an advantage.
• Ability to transform complex technical concepts into clear, accessible written content for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Enable Maptek to meet sales and marketing objectives by generating flyers, web, social media and other campaign content.
• Liaise with subject matter experts to prepare content to promote product releases and version upgrades.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect data in the CRM database for email campaigns.
• Research, write, edit and publish blogs to meet global marketing goals.
• Collate and edit content, and distribute e-newsletters to inform customers.
• Support webinars, tradeshows, users conferences, regional forums and product launches.
• Maintain global branding across Maptek communications materials and platforms.
