Job summary

A S Harrison & Co is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Commercial Excellence & Marketing team in Sydney. You will own B2B marketing campaigns, digital content, events and sales enablement across Australia and New Zealand.

This hands-on role requires initiative, project management and delivering marketing activities that drive commercial results. The position is part-time with three days per week in-office in Brookvale, Sydney.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in marketing, campaign delivery or commercial support.
• Experience across digital marketing channels and campaign performance reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; Salesforce or other CRM experience is highly regarded.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Marketing Specialist to join our Commercial Excellence & Marketing team in Sydney. You'll take ownership of B2B marketing campaigns, digital content, events and sales enablement activities across Australia and New Zealand, reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence & Marketing and teams across the business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking initiative, managing projects and delivering marketing activities that drive commercial results.

What you will do

Campaigns: Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, product launches and go-to-market activities from brief through to execution and review.

Content and brand: Create and manage content across LinkedIn, email, websites, presentations and marketing collateral.

Events: Coordinate industry events, trade shows, customer days and supplier marketing programmes.

Sales support: Develop sales materials and support Salesforce campaign management, lead tracking and data quality.

Performance: Monitor campaign results, report on key metrics and recommend improvements.

Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product Management, suppliers and external agencies to deliver effective marketing initiatives.

What we are looking for

At least 3 years' experience in marketing, campaign delivery, digital marketing or commercial support.

Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent written communication and content creation skills, with strong attention to detail.

Experience across digital marketing channels and campaign performance reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365; Salesforce or other CRM experience is highly regarded.

A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.

A proactive, commercially minded approach, with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.

Proactive, curious and eager to learn, with a genuine team-player attitude

B2B marketing experience is preferred, particularly in distribution, manufacturing, chemicals or related industries.
