Job summary

Carbon Offroad is seeking an inside sales rep to own a region of Australian B2B accounts, dealers and stockists, based on the Gold Coast.

You will drive sales through inbound enquiries and regular outbound phone calls, win new accounts and reactivate lapsed customers, and collaborate with warehouse, finance and product teams to resolve issues before customers feel them. You will also attend weekend shows across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, with time off in lieu provided.

Qualifications

• Multiskilled operator who stays calm juggling the phone, the inbox and the quote that was due an hour ago.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through inbound enquiries and regular outbound phone calls
• Win new accounts, reactivate lapsed ones and grow existing customers
• Work with our warehouse, finance and product teams to fix problems before customers feel them
• Meet customers face to face at weekend events, including the National 4X4 Shows in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne (time off in lieu provided)
