Job summary

Burson, Australia's preferred trade supplier, is seeking a driven Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our Ormeau team, covering the Gold Coast North territory. You will drive sales growth, build long-term relationships with workshop customers, and help our customers source parts, tools and equipment.

You will operate in a fast-paced, field-based role with a focus on customer satisfaction, pricing, and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field based sales position, ideally within the automotive parts industry.
• Customer focused with strong time management abilities.
• Ability to build strong relationship.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Strong relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and build strong, long-term relationships with workshop customers across your territory
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
• Prepare accurate quotes and confidently negotiate to secure sales opportunities
• Monitor, analyse, and report on customer sales performance and growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all activities are conducted in a safe manner
• Provide valuable market insights and contribute to competitive analysis
