Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales and premium customer service experience.

• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and close sales opportunities via outbound calls.
• Engage with new enquiries and past customers to understand needs.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience from initial contact to confirmed booking.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and rapport building.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on all leads and bookings within CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth sales and booking processes.
• Stay updated on products, offerings, policies, and promotions.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales initiatives.
• Adhere to schedules, processes, and service standards.
• Rotational shifts between 9:00am – 5:00pm or 10:00am – 6:00pm; Saturday availability.
