Job summary

Central Innovation in Sydney is seeking a Customer Service Representative transitioning into a sales role. You will handle high-volume calls to retain customers and drive telephonic sales under a formal training program.

Based in our 20 Bridge Street, Pymble office, this 100% office-based role offers a base salary with commission (OTE around AUD 100k–110k). You’ll build account management skills and contribute to the success of Australia's innovative design and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a telephonic sales, B2B customer service or credit/collections role.
• Demonstrated ability to undertake a high volume of calls per day.
• Strong background in business mathematics and business communication.
• Inside sales experience with sales targets/quotas.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing customer accounts and ensure services are delivered for customers’ success.
• Engage in telephonic sales to drive new business under a formal sales training program.
• Collaborate with team members and commercial leadership on account management.
• Work across the state-based territory while supporting design teams.
