• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably internal sales or B2B.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated sales achievement and track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Managing and nurturing relationships with internal customers and business units to understand their needs and requirements.
• Identifying sales opportunities and developing strategies to maximise revenue from internal customer accounts.
• Preparing and presenting product proposals and solutions to internal stakeholders.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently whilst ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with operational, production and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Maintaining comprehensive customer records and sales data in company systems.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
• Contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives that drive business growth.
• Attending product training and sales development sessions to maintain product knowledge and selling skills.
