Job summary

Central Innovation is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for our Pymble office to handle telephonic sales and account management. You will learn basic account management skills and undergo a formal sales training program while supporting a broad state-based territory.

The role is 100% office-based, with responsibilities including retaining existing customer accounts and ensuring services are delivered to customers' success, working with the team and commercial leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in telephonic sales, B2B customer service or credit/collections.
• Ability to undertake a high volume of calls per day.
• 1+ years experience in written and verbal communication with customers in a commercial setting.
• 2+ years B2B customer service experience preferred.
• Training in presentation skills and ability to present to customers.

We have an opening due to staff promotion for a Customer Service Representative in our Pymble office. This is an important telephonic sales role that will allow you to learn about basic account management skills and telephonic sales under a formal sales training program.

This role is full time and the role requires you to be responsible for retaining existing customer accounts, working with members of our team to ensuring that services are delivered for the customers’ success. You will work within a wide state-based territory interacting with the design teams and commercial leadership at some of Australia’s most innovative companies.

Your experience and qualifications will include:

• Experience in a telephonic sales, B2B customer service or credit/collections role
• Demonstrated ability to undertake a high volume of calls per day.
• Demonstrated strong background in business mathematics and business communication with at least 1 yrs experience in effective written and verbal communication with customers in a commercial setting.
• 2 yrs B2B customer service experience would be highly preferred.
• Previous inside sales experience involving sales targets/quotas in a commercial, B2B setting

• Satisfactory completion of Year 12 education with demonstrated ability to apply fundamental business mathematics such as those required to develop sales proposals, calculate discounts and manage the calculations of renewals vs target and percentage attainment of targets.
• Training in presentation skills and demonstrated ability to present to customer

groups such as boardroom presentations and user group presentations.
