Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior, market-facing sales leader to build and lead a high-performing Accenture Edge for AWS hunting sales team targeting mid-market companies up to $3B in annual revenue. You will own the hunting motion, quotas, and new-logo revenue, while accelerating AWS-led transformation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology services sales, cloud services, or related digital transformation fields.
• Proven track record leading quota-carrying hunting sales teams.
• Experience with mid-market customers up to $3B in revenue is preferred.
• Strong relationships within the AWS ecosystem (AWS sellers, partner teams, ACE, Marketplace).
• Ability to drive demand generation, pipeline, and revenue growth across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute hunting strategy for Accenture Edge for AWS.
• Build and lead a quota-carrying hunting team focused on net-new logo acquisition.
• Drive AWS co-sell and ACE motions with cross-functional teams.
• Activate productized AWS offerings (migration, modernization, managed services, FinOps).
• Develop relationships with C-suite and buying committees at mid-market customers.
• Own pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and quarterly quota attainment.
• Scale demand generation with marketing, AWS, and internal teams.
• Collaborate across Edge, delivery, finance, and marketing to structure proposals.
