Job summary

Accenture Melbourne is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Leader to originate and shape technology and consulting deals across Cloud, Data and GenAI for ANZ mid-market clients. You will engage with C-suite, design solution architectures, build pricing and staffing models, and drive go-to-market strategies with ecosystem partners.

The role requires agility, a proven win history, and the ability to lead cross-functional deal teams while embedding responsible AI across engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pre-sales and solutioning across technology and consulting deals.
• Proven record of winning complex deals with credible ROI.
• Experience influencing CIOs, CFOs and boards.
• Hands-on knowledge of GenAI and agentic AI patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design the solution approach, technology platform and staffing requirements; build the RFP response; lead client orals and drive pricing.
• Advise the C-suite; turn technology ambition into business cases with ROI.
• Develop the estimation, solution architecture, staffing models, costing and pricing for client proposals.
• Architect solutions: design scalable architectures across cloud, data, analytics, GenAI and agentic AI.
• Build blueprints: reusable architectures, accelerators and offerings for mid-market clients.
• Innovate: pioneer AI-first, asset-led solutioning approaches.
• Embed trust: ensure responsible AI, privacy and security in line with ANZ regulation.
• Drive ecosystem GTM: collaborate with hyperscalers, data/AI vendors for joint go-to-market.
• Grow the practice: mentor next-gen solution architects.
