Job summary

HiTech Personnel is recruiting four experienced Contact Centre Systems Technical Leads to design, develop and enhance enterprise cloud-based contact centre platforms featuring AWS solutions. The role focuses on AWS Connect and microservices to support government customer service capabilities, with a 12-month contract plus option to extend.

You will lead technical teams, drive IaC, CI/CD practices and ensure secure, scalable cloud delivery across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Design and support AWS cloud solutions including Amazon Connect
• Lead technical teams and deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions
• Strong experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Responsibilities

• Designing, building and supporting cloud-based contact centre solutions using AWS Amazon Connect
• Developing AWS microservices solutions using Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB and Step Functions
• Leading integrations between contact centre platforms and enterprise systems
• Implementing Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines and secure cloud delivery practices
• Providing technical leadership, mentoring and stakeholder engagement across complex delivery programs
