Job summary

Hitech Asia Pacific is seeking experienced Contact Centre Systems Technical Leads to join a Federal Government agency in Australia. You will design, build and enhance cloud-based AWS Amazon Connect contact centre solutions to support critical citizen services in a large-scale digital environment.

You will lead Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices, mentor delivery teams, and drive integrations with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with AWS Cloud and Amazon Connect platforms.
Strong experience designing microservices, APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
Proven full-stack development experience across front-end, back-end and integration layers.
Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Git, GitLab, Jenkins and DevOps methodologies.
AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer or related AWS certifications highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Designing, building and supporting AWS Amazon Connect contact centre solutions
Developing AWS microservices architectures using Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB and Step Functions
Leading integrations between contact centre platforms and enterprise systems
Implementing Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines and secure DevOps practices
Providing technical leadership, mentoring and stakeholder engagement across delivery teams
