Aspley Mazda is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our front-line team in Brisbane. You will be the main contact for customers, driving exceptional service in a fast-paced environment and partnering with workshop and parts to deliver seamless vehicle care.

Ideal candidates will bring proven customer-facing experience, a current Australian driver's license, and a strong, service-minded attitude with the ability to work well in a team and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Current driver's license.
• Right to work in Australia with residency entitlements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and determine their requirements.
• Proactively upsell preventative maintenance to maintain vehicles.
• Liaise with the workshop and parts departments.
• Quote repair jobs and ensure the customer receives the best service experience.
• Meet and strive to exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets.
• Demonstrate a professional attitude and strong organization in a busy dealership environment.
