Menzies Aviation is seeking a Service Desk Operator to coordinate and monitor airline flight operations, ensuring safe, efficient and on-time departures. You will act as the central point of contact between airline representatives, operational teams and airport stakeholders, supporting check-in activities and service delivery standards.

• Proficiency with Departure Control Systems (DCS).

Mansioni

• Coordinate and oversee flight check-in operations per client requirements and service standards.
• Manage flight processing in the DCS, including set-up, passenger processing, seating, upgrades and closure.
• Lead coordination with airline representatives, airport teams and frontline staff to support on-time departures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve passenger enquiries and disruptions.
• Maintain accurate reporting, documentation and regulatory/compliance records.
