Job summary

dnata Airport Services Pty. Limited at Adelaide International Airport is seeking a Passenger Service Delivery Agent to deliver high standards of passenger check-in and related duties for client airlines. You’ll work in a team, ensure timely check-ins, and support safe aircraft turnarounds while meeting KPI targets.

Most shifts are 4 hours on a 7-day rotating roster; you will assist passengers, including those needing special assistance, and ensure compliance with OH&S and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented role.
• Ability to handle pressured and stressful situations.
• Ability to work within a team and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work shift-based schedule (4-hour shifts).
• Ability to assist passengers including those with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard customer service for client airlines in a timely, professional manner.
• Carry out passenger check-in duties and related duties per service delivery agreements.
• Complete required paperwork on time and ensure reporting is done as required.
• Assist passengers during disruptions or delays and provide wheelchair assistance as needed.
• Comply with OH&S regulations and company policies to ensure safety.
• Report incidents promptly and maintain awareness of reporting obligations.
• Work with client airline staff and dnata Airport Services team to meet schedules.
