Job summary

Skippers Aviation, Western Australia's regional airline, seeks casual Customer Service staff to support check-in at the Perth Domestic Airport. You will assist passengers, coordinate with ground handlers, and help ensure smooth passenger movements on the apron during busy periods.

Hours run from 4:00am to 8:00pm, seven days a week including public holidays. Successful applicants will be friendly, reliable, and able to work in a team under pressure while maintaining a bright, cheerful demeanor

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster including public holidays and some weekends.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Previous Australian airline experience is desirable.
• Ability to deliver excellence in customer service.
• Ability to work within a team environment while under pressure.
• A natural instinct for remaining bright and cheerful in the early morning.
• A mature level of decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Check-in passengers and assist with boarding where required.
• Manage passenger movements on the apron and coordinate with aircrew and ground handlers.
• Serve as a front-line representative for airline security and handling of dangerous goods.
• Provide friendly, efficient service during busy periods.
