Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee flight check-in operations according to client requirements.
• Manage flight processing in DCS, including seat allocation and flight closure.
• Lead stakeholder coordination with airline reps, airport teams, and frontline staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve disruptions professionally.
• Maintain accurate reporting and passenger records per requirements.
