AECOM's ANZ Aviation team is seeking a Digital Engineering Production Lead to drive the delivery of airport engineering projects and digital solutions. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams and deliver BIM and model-based outputs across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and coordinating digital delivery on multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes.
• Proficiency with ProjectWise, BIM 360 / ACC, and Navisworks Manage.
• Experience in design, planning and construction support of civil engineering and aviation projects.
• Knowledge of Civil Aviation standards and recommended practices (CASA, ICAO, EASA, CAA, FAA, MAA).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of airport engineering projects, including runways, taxiways, aprons, and related systems.
• Produce high-quality 2D drawings and data-rich digital deliverables with automation.
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain models and documentation within ProjectWise and ACC/BIM 360.
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks aligned with programmes, budgets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across ANZ and engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Undertake model validation, design coordination, and clash detection in accordance with ISO 19650.
