AECOM Australia is seeking a senior leader for Aviation & Pavements to guide a team delivering critical projects across Melbourne and the ANZ region. You will drive technical excellence, shape strategy, and partner with clients and construction teams to win and deliver complex aviation infrastructure assignments.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of airside infrastructure engineering design and aviation pavement design experience.
- Experience delivering major aviation and transport infrastructure projects.
- Proven leadership as Project Director/Manager across disciplines.
- Strong client relationships and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of CASA, FAA, IATA and ICAO standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and inspire a team across aviation and pavement projects in Melbourne and ANZ.
- Drive technical excellence across the ANZ Aviation portfolio.
- Develop growth opportunities with clients and partners with other leaders.
- Contribute to development and execution of ANZ Aviation business strategy.
- Participate in the Global Aviation Technical Academy and related groups.
- Engage in the Aviation Technical Practice Network of peers worldwide.
