Job summary
AECOM is seeking a senior leader for its Aviation & Pavements team in Melbourne. You will guide a team of engineers to win and deliver projects for major road authorities and defence portfolios across ANZ, while driving technical excellence and growth with clients and partners.
The role requires 15+ years in airside infrastructure and aviation pavement design, with strong client management and knowledge of international aviation standards. Hybrid work options available.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in airside infrastructure engineering design.
- Experience in aviation pavement design and assessment.
- Leadership in project delivery as Director/Manager.
- Strong client relationship management and communication.
- Knowledge of CASA, FAA, IATA, ICAO standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and inspire our team in aviation and pavement projects in Melbourne and across ANZ.
- Drive technical excellence across our ANZ Aviation portfolio.
- Develop business growth opportunities with clients and partners.
- Participate in ANZ Aviation business strategy development and execution.
- Join the Aviation Technical Academy and Aviation Tech Ex group.
- Engage in the Aviation Technical Practice Group with 850+ peers globally.
