Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Digital Engineering Production Lead - Aviation to join the ANZ Aviation team in Melbourne. You will oversee digital delivery on airport projects, lead BIM coordination, and drive automation and data-rich deliverables across multidisciplinary teams.

You will manage modelling standards, support BIM execution plans, and help advance AECOM's digital delivery capabilities with hybrid work arrangements and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating digital delivery on multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes and standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional design reviews and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery of airport engineering projects including runways, taxiways, aprons, lighting, and drainage.
• Produce high-quality 2D drawings and data-rich digital deliverables with automation where possible.
• Coordinate models and project documentation using ProjectWise and ACC/BIM 360.
• Ensure timely, budget-aligned delivery and quality across programmes.
