dnata is seeking an experienced Operations Leading Hand to join our Darwin catering team. You will coordinate daily activities, lead a team, and ensure aircraft are serviced efficiently and on schedule while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate catering operations to ensure on-time aircraft servicing.
• Supervise, train and support team members.
• Lead by example by performing Driver/Marshaller duties when required.
• Allocate resources and manage workflow to meet operational targets.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and compliance.
• Complete required reporting and administrative tasks.
• Maintain safety, quality and regulatory standards (HACCP, WHS, etc.).
• Provide professional communication and customer service.
