Job summary

dnata catering & retail is seeking an experienced Operations Leading Hand to join our Sydney airport catering team. You will lead and coordinate daily catering activities to ensure aircraft are serviced efficiently and on schedule, while upholding safety, quality and regulatory standards.

You will supervise and train team members, perform Driver/Marshaller duties when required, and drive a strong team culture with a proactive hands-on approach.

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Leading Hand to join our airport catering team in Sydney. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, leading teams, and maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and performance.

You will support the coordination of daily catering activities within your area, ensuring aircraft are serviced efficiently and on schedule. Leading by example, you'll help foster a strong team culture while ensuring compliance with all operational and safety requirements.
