Cognizant is seeking an experienced Advanced Audio Visual (AV) & Unified Communications professional to support enterprise AV/UC, collaborate across global sites, and manage executive events. You will deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize meeting spaces, rooms, and platforms for high-profile meetings and live events.

The role requires hands-on experience with Teams Rooms, Webex, Zoom Rooms, and various AV hardware, with strong networking and ITIL foundations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years supporting enterprise AV/UC environments.
• Hands-on with Teams Rooms, Webex Room devices, Zoom Rooms.
• Knowledge of SIP/H.323, VoIP, WebRTC, and hybrid meeting tech.
• Experience with executive conference rooms and high-profile meetings.

Aufgaben

• Support AV, UC, and collaboration tech across global locations.
• Manage and troubleshoot Teams Rooms, Webex, Zoom Rooms.
• Provide executive-level support for board meetings and events.
• Deploy and maintain AV infrastructure and lifecycle management.
• Document SOPs, runbooks, and asset records; manage incidents in ServiceNow.
