Job summary

Ridley is seeking a Field Sales - Territory Manager to own the NSW North region. You will drive sales, build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow market share for our animal nutrition products.

You will work with an experienced team and technical specialists, attending industry events and field days while developing territory plans and forecasts to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or account management experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Commercial mindset with the initiative to identify new opportunities.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the NSW North territory and achieve sales targets.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow market share.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans in partnership with the National Field Sales Manager.
• Understand customer needs and provide value-adding solutions.
• Maintain strong product and industry knowledge.
• Attend industry events, field days and customer meetings.
• Provide market and customer insights to support business growth.
• Contribute to sales forecasting and wider team objectives.
