Health and Aged Care Professionals in Newcastle NSW is seeking a Territory Manager to manage Newcastle & Central Coast, partnering with healthcare professionals and account stakeholders to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be a trusted advisor combining clinical knowledge with commercial acumen to identify opportunities and deliver education and product training.

• Proven success in healthcare, medical device or pharmaceutical sales
• Strong account management and territory planning skills

Responsibilities

• Achieve & exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
• Deliver clinical education, product training and ongoing customer support
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
• Analyse territory performance and execute strategic growth plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
• Represent the business at industry conferences, workshops and trade events
